Logo & Brand Design FAQs
A strong, vibrant logo is the first step in creating a positive and lasting first impression about your business to your customer. It’s crucial to get the logo right to establish credibility and professionalism for an organisation.
Your brand is the image people have of your company. Branding is the identity of a product or service. It’s the name, the logo, the visuals, or a combination of those that people use to identify, and differentiate what they’re about to buy. A good brand should deliver a clear message in a consistent manner, provide credibility, connect with customers emotionally, motivate the buyer, and create user loyalty.
Branding is more than a logo and a clever tagline. Your brand tells the story of your company. It’s your message and your values. Branding is when all of the different elements like your logo, social media posts, and marketing materials all tell the same story consistently. And when that happens, remarkable things occur.
The branding process is all about you and your business. It starts off with a chat. We have to understand where you are coming from before we can help you take things to the next level. After talking and listening to you, we’ll start into the preliminary logo design process and, working with you, we begin to develop your brand from there.
Yes indeed. If you have an existing logo or visual identity that you want to keep but needs a little re-fresh, we are able to evolve your brand by modernising your logo, updating the colour palette and/or selecting new fonts etc.
Just like costing, each design project is different. But the typical duration of a branding project is normally about 4– 5 weeks from start to completion.
We love working with start-up businesses! We can help you get everything you need to be able to professionally present your business to your target customer. Logo, identity, print and web marketing material, as well as signage and wall graphics if required. We’ll make sure it looks great, while you concentrate on doing what it is you do.

What we do
Your logo and brand identity is key to visually establishing your business as a whole. We take this work very seriously, combining the creative with the commercial to give our clients a distinct, professional image to help establish and grow their brand.
Every business’s online requirements are unique, which we carefully consider when devising the best way to communicate core messages with the most appropriate functionality.
Different to virtual media, a printed item allows the customer to interact with the design in a tangible way – to hold and feel the paper, turn pages – creating a connection that can be very powerful and meaningful.
Our work in this area now relies on designing well-considered, engaging and seamless consumer experiences in the physical space, while working cohesively with the online shopping capability, giving the consumer maximum choice in an ever-changing world.
